スピン注入技術はスピントロニクスの根幹をなす最も重要な要素技術の一つです。今後、広範に利用可能な真に新しいスピンデバイスを実現するためには、スピン偏極度を外的に操作できるスピン源の開発が本質的に重要と考えます。本研究では、外的制御可能なチューナブルスピン注入源の開発を目指し、その基本原理の検証と物理的メカニズムの解明、さらには革新的スピンデバイスのためのビジョンの提案までを狙っています。
