Research overview：
VLSIの製造プロセスの微細化とともに、製造時の出荷テストだけでなく、運用時の故障発生への対応が重要な課題になっています。本研究では、フィールドでシステム動作しているVLSIの劣化や故障をアダプティブなパワーオンテストで検出し、誤動作による障害が発生する前に警告や予防修復可能とする新しい回路・システム機構を提案します。本研究では、故障発生までの平均時間を延ばすだけでなく、ユーザにも安全・安心なシステムを提供することを目指します。
