Research overview：
これまでの技術では成し得ない遺伝子のキズである損傷核酸を含むDNAを直接正確に読み取るため、「損傷核酸を認識可能な人工核酸の創成」と「リン酸修飾体を用いたDNAシーケンシング技術」の開発に挑戦します。具体的には、損傷核酸やDNA合成酵素の性質を軸に化学修飾を施した人工核酸、DNA合成の材料となるトリリン酸体に化学修飾を施した人工核酸の化学合成を行い、ポリメラーゼ伸長反応への効果を詳細に検証します。
