Research overview：
癌の転移を防御することは、癌の根治をめざす上で必須です。癌には転移しやすい臓器があり、マウスの実験では、原発癌が発生増殖した時、転移予定先の臓器に、転移前から転移に有利な土壌を作ることが明らかになってきました。しかし、現状、ヒトでもこの現象が起きているかは不明です。本研究では、癌を有する患者さんの臓器が、転移前に転移が起こりやすい炎症様状態になっているかを検討し、転移初期あるいは転移前診断の確立と防御を目指します。
