Research overview：

大気中や液中などの環境下において、金属、半導体、絶縁体、有機材料などの構造・機能物性評価が原子・分子スケールで可能な原子分解能分析顕微鏡を開発します。本開発では、熱ドリフトの影響を補正するアトムトラッキング技術や試料表面の特定位置の電子状態を分析するバイアス-フォースカーブ技術等の要素技術を開発し、原子・分子分解能での表面原子・分子の組成、電荷移動、結合状態などに関する知見を与える分析顕微鏡を実現します。
