Research overview：
細胞が機能し、環境と相互に作用するには、細胞膜中の膜タンパク質が働くことが必須である事から、1細胞の機能・個性を理解するために個々の生細胞膜タンパク質の網羅的解析が求められています。本研究では1細胞の構造と動態を同時に可視化できる原子間力顕微鏡(AFM)の時空間分解能を極限まで高める事で、個々の細胞内膜タンパク質の局在、構造変化、相互作用を網羅的に計測する新しい1細胞解析法の開発に挑戦します。
