Research overview：
本研究は、1)遺伝子搭載サイズに制限がなく、自立複製するミニ染色体であるヒト人工染色体(HAC)ベクターを用いて、効率よくがん化の危険性がない安全な患者由来iPS細胞を作製し、2)そのiPS細胞に、さらに治療用遺伝子、分化誘導用遺伝子、分化細胞分取用遺伝子を搭載したHACベクターを導入し、筋ジストロフィーおよび糖尿病の遺伝子治療・再生医療に役立てることを目標としています。
