Research overview：
複数の元素が同時に関与して、これまで困難であった化学結合の切断・形成を可能にする「多元素協働触媒」を創出します。この触媒によって有機化合物の合成手法が革新的に進展し、医薬や農薬、プラスチック原料、液晶、有機太陽電池などの有用物質の製造工程を、従来に比べ各段に省ステップ化・省エネルギー化します。化石資源やバイオマスを高効率に有用物質に変換する化学プロセスを提供して、持続可能社会の確立に貢献します。
