Research overview：
1分子計測関連技術のうち、DNA1分子操作技術と、蛍光1分子イメージング技術を組み合わせた同時計測顕微鏡を開発します。これにより、DNA複製における複雑なDNAとタンパク質分子のダイナミックな相互作用を、DNAの力学状態と、DNAとタンパク質の相互作用やタンパク質によるATP加水分解などの多次元同時計測を通して、1分子レベルで空間的・時間的に明らかにします。
