Research overview：
植物ホルモンオーキシンが植物内において引き起こす分解反応を非植物細胞に移植することにより、ごく短時間に標的タンパク質をオーキシン依存的に分解する方法を開発しました。本研究ではこの独自開発したオーキシン誘導デグロン(AID)法を利用して、1.5〜2ヶ月以内に内在性因子を自由に発現調節できるヒト培養細胞の創出を目指します。また、AID法を発展させるための技術改良にも取り組みます。
