ヒ卜脳の機能は単一神経細胞の特有な個性の総和により発揮されます。また、個々の神経細胞は死ヘ向けた独特な運命をもっています。本研究では超微量法を駆使して単一神経細胞が発現している機能遺伝子を系統的に解析し、神経細胞の個性と運命を明らかにします。
