Research overview：
本研究では、シトシンデアミナーゼ(CD)遺伝子とチミジンキナーゼ(TK)遺伝子をヒト人工染色体(HAC: Human Artificial Chromosome)ベクター(以下、本ベクター)にてヒト間葉系幹細胞(hMSC)に導入する。このhMSCはがん組織の間質として生着し、CDにより5-fluorocytosineを5-fluorouracil(抗がん剤)へ変換し、gancicloviの投与によりhMSCは周囲のがん細胞を巻き添えにして死滅させる。
