Research overview：
癌は日本における死亡原因で最も多い病気であり、特に現行の治療法に対して極めて高い抵抗性を示す難治性悪性腫瘍の早期診断法、および新規治療法の確立が望まれています。本研究では、RNAをゲノムとしてもつ弱毒化麻疹ウイルスの他に類ない特性を応用し、ウイルスに一本鎖抗体を提示させた革新的抗体ディスプレイライブラリーを確立します。その技術を用いて悪性腫瘍特異的抗体を同定し、新規診断薬、および治療薬の開発を目指します。
