Research overview：
これまでに「マウスの精神疾患」と呼んでも過言ではないほどの顕著な行動異常を示す系統のマウスを複数同定することに成功してきました。本研究は、このような精神疾患モデルマウスの脳について、各種先端技術を活用した網羅的・多角的な解析を行い、生理学的、生化学的、形態学的特徴の抽出を進めます。さらに、これらのデータをヒトの解析に応用することによって、精神疾患における本質的な脳内中間表現型の解明を目指します。
