臓器移植における臓器保護効果の持続性については、従来のNO補充療法では問題があることが分かっている。本研究では一酸化窒素トラフィックタンパク質として臓器保護効果が実証されているアルブミンの簡便かつ迅速な調製方法の開発と臓器移植への応用を検討する。
