Research overview：
トランスポゾンはゲノム上を自由に移動 できる単位である。そのトランスポゾンをマウス作製に応用すると遺伝子が改変されたマウスが網羅的に誕生する。誕生したマウスの表現型を詳細に解析、維持飼育することにより、疾患に関連する遺伝子機能解明や創薬のための研究に供する。
