Research overview：
二光子励起顕微鏡を用いた生体内ライブイメージングは、動物体内で起こる生命現象をリアルタイムで観察できる画期的な手法である。そして、これからの生体内ライブイメージング技術には、より高解像度かつ広範囲の情報を、高速かつ長時間、取得することが求められている。本課題では情報科学技術を用いて生体内ライブイメージング手法の最適化を行い、「光子の無駄遣いと撮像時間の無駄遣い」を無くし、生体内ライブイメージング技術の革新を目指す。
