マイクロ波プラズマを利用した化学気相合成法(CVD)によるダイヤモンド膜作成において,すべてのプロセスを大気圧開放下で行い,真空容器等を必要としない手法を確立し,基板の大きさによらず,任意の広さ・形状のダイヤモンド膜を作成することの出来る装置を研究開発する.
