Research overview：

PDB(蛋白質構造データバンク)とBMRB(NMR実験情報データバンク)を日米欧の国際協力により継続的に構築・公開し、特に蛋白質・リガンド複合体構造データ登録の仕組みを整備する。また、これまでに開発した統合化技術に基づき二次データベースと種々のサービスを高度化する他、利用者・登録者への教育とアノテータの育成を行い、他の生命データベースとの統合化による構造生命科学の基盤を与える研究開発とする。
