Research overview：
紫外線の照射強度により屈折率の変わる新しい光感応性高分子を用いた屈折率分布型高分子光ファイバなどの光学材料。異なる材料の多層構造により屈折率分布を持たせた従来の屈折率分布型のファイバに比べ、生産性に優れ、曲げに強い特徴があり、オフィスや家庭内の光通信ファイバとして利用が期待される。
