Research overview：
本研究は、繊維芽細胞のiPS細胞への初期化やES細胞の幹細胞機能に極めて重要な転写因子であるKlf5による、内部細胞塊のES化の分子機構を解明するとともに、内部細胞塊から原始外胚葉への遷移の分子機構を明らかにします。また、ヒトiPS細胞を、より未分化な細胞に変換することで、より扱いやすいヒト多能性幹細胞の開発を目標にします。
