Research overview：
本研究では、光を用いて試料の微細構造を実時間で観察でき、ナノメートルの空間分解能を有する実時間・ナノイメージング法の実現を目指します。電子線ビームにより蛍光薄膜を励起し、微小光源を形成し走査するシステムを開発します。この手法は、光学顕微鏡と電子顕微鏡の特徴を融合したもので、全く新しい計測・分析手法として先端科学のイノベーションに寄与します。
