Research overview：
独自に開発してきた2つの技術を用いて、「iPS」生成に伴うトランスクリプトームの変化をウイルス感染直後から、更に、もうひとつの有効な初期化法である「核移植」で生じるエピジェネティックな変化を網羅的に解析します。両者の結果の比較から、初期化に関与する遺伝子の同定を試み、iPS生成の分子レベルでの理解にチャレンジします。
