Research overview：
我々が開発したセリノール核酸(SNA)は細胞内において安定であり、RNAと安定な二重らせんを形成することが分かっています。そこで、本研究ではこのSNAを利用したRNA検出材料を開発することによって、細胞内で高感度にRNAを検出することを目指します。細胞内におけるRNAの量や局在性を明らかにすることが出来れば、細胞内でRNAが果たしている機能を解明することが期待できます。
