Research overview：
本研究は、皮膚科学の世界に数理モデリングによる皮膚in silico実験系を構築し、数理皮膚科学の確立を目指します。それと同時に皮膚科学の技術革新を目指します。皮膚科学研究者との協働によって、皮膚バリア機能の老化現象や非ヒスタミン性の痒みを引き起こすメカニズムを解明します。さらに、臨床皮膚科医との協働により、角化症に対する病態改善の第1歩である病態発症因子の特定を行います。
