Research overview：
超高真空中の試料表面が観察可能な反射型光第二高調波(SHG)顕微鏡を開発し、それにより表面現象を観察する手法を開発します。SHG顕微鏡を用いて表面上の非対称な部分の分布像、表面電子バンドギャップエネルギー像を得て、その解析により表面反応や表面現象の原動力が探知できるかどうかを検討します。
