Research overview：
次世代の個体を作るための生殖細胞は、最終的に全能性をもつ配偶子になるために、発生・分化の過程で構築されたエピゲノムを再構築(リプログラミング)しています。本研究では、独自の培養系を用いて、生殖細胞の源である始原生殖細胞がもつ内因性リプログラミング機構がiPS細胞のエピゲノムの再構築、多能性の維持、および生殖幹細胞への分化や個体発生能にどのように影響するか、その解明を目指します。
