Research overview：
糸状菌が生産する毒素により引き起こされる疾患として植物ミトコンドリア病があります。この毒素への感受性は、ミトコンドリアゲノム遺伝子ACRSで決定され、毒素への感受性/抵抗性はACRSmRNAへのプロセッシングの有無により決定されます。本研究では、この核ゲノム由来のACRSmRNAプロセッシング酵素遺伝子の単離と制御メカニズムの解明を目指します。
