Research overview：
光増感物質は特定波長の光をあてると酸素の存在下で反応性の高い活性酸素を生成します。本研究では、cDNAにコードされた光増感物質を開発し、細胞内小器官やある組織中の任意の細胞種に特異的に発現させ、光照射によりそれらを破壊した時に何が生じるかを調べ、細胞内小器官や細胞の役割を解明してゆきます。
