Research overview：
左図の様に窒素ガスにより気化したシリコーンオイルガスとオゾンガス(酸素を含む)とを電気炉に導入し、その熱分解・生成反応により 250°C程度の低温で形成する絶縁膜、酸化シリコン(Si)膜の電気的特性を向上させ、フラットパネルに用いる薄膜トランジスタ(TFT)などの実用電子デバイスへ使用できることを示すこと。
