Research overview：
本研究では、組み換えレクチンライブラリーを用いて単一細胞グライコームを生きたまま超高感度に解析することが可能な、新しいコンセプトに基づくグライコーム解析技術を開発します。本技術により、各種生体試料から分離した単一細胞のグライコームを誰もが簡単に解析できるようになることから、細胞システムにおける糖鎖の新たな機能解明や、糖鎖を標的とした新たな診断薬や創薬の開発への応用が期待できます。
