Research overview：
火花放電(プラズマ)を伴う陽極酸化プロセスにより,通常高温でなければ生成しない硬質なセラミックス酸化物を常温の水溶液中においてチタン合金上に密着性良く生成する。本技術によりチタン合金の耐摩耗性の大幅な改善を目指す。
