Research overview：
近年急速に需要が高まっている幹細胞研究およびその応用技術開発の一環として、本研究では、精子幹細胞と成熟精子におけるヒストン修飾を中心としたエピジェネティック調節機構を、高速シークエンサー等を用いた網羅的解析によって検討します。本研究成果は将来的に、生殖工学や不妊治療等への応用に有用な基礎的知見を提供できると期待されます。
