私たちの体を構成する細胞は、効率的な物質輸送システムを内包していて、その機能は生命活動に必須です。本研究では、多くの未解決問題が残されている細胞中心方向への輸送システムについて、その原子メカニズム解明を目指します.まず,心臓部である分子モーター『ダイニン』の力発生機構を原子レベルで決定します。さらに、輸送マシナリー全体の高次複合体構造を明らかにすることで輸送メカニズムの構造基盤解明を目指します。
