Research overview：
重篤な精神疾患である双極性障害や大うつ病の発症の分子メカニズムはほとんど明らかにされていません。近年の研究により、様々な環境要因が脳内のエピジェネティックな状態に影響を与えている可能性が示唆されています。本研究では、主にヒト死後脳試料を用い、気分障害とエピジェネティクスとの関わりの解明を目指します。また、得られた知見を基に診断・鑑別に資するバイオーマーカーの探索を行います。
