Research overview：
変形可能なガラス基板上にプラナー型自己整合メタルダブルゲート微結晶Si 薄膜トランジスタ(TFT)を形成し、移動度50cm2/Vs の低温 poly-Si TFT に匹敵する電流駆動能力を有するTFT を低コストで実現することを目指す。さらに回路の基本となるインバータを試作してその特性・性能を把握する。
