本研究課題は、研究代表者が独創性をもって研究を進めてきた分子イメージング法である誘導ラマン散乱顕微法に対し、量子光学、レーザー工学、生命科学の融合連携により、その性能を大きく向上させ、小さな生体分子の高感度可視化という世界最先端の基礎研究の推進を図るものです。具体的には以下の3項目の研究に取り組みます。1. 量子増強SRS顕微鏡の原理確認。2. 多波長量子増強SRS顕微鏡。3. 生物学応用。
