Research overview：
ハチとクモ両方の代謝物質を網操作期と対照期(ハチ:操作期vs非操作期、クモ:操作期vs未寄生)で解析し、操作期特異的に両者の体内に存在する代謝物質を探索することによって、操作期にハチ体内で産生されクモの体内に移行した操作責任物質を特定できると考えられます。すでに同様の実験デザインで取得したトランスクリプトームデータを利用することで、クロスオミクスによる生物応答の詳細な理解に繋げることができます。
