Research overview：
LSI微細加工技術による高機能バイオチップや物理的精密計測、加工技術を駆使して個々の細胞を直接的に操作し、分析するナノバイオ分析システムと分析法の実現を目指します。これらにより従来のライフサイエンスの研究手法では知ることのできない細胞内分子の生体機能を解析することが可能になり、将来のバイオ研究、医療、創薬産業に有用な基盤技術(単一細胞生命活動の精密物理計測)の開発が期待されます。
