Research overview：
神経細胞内のmRNAをイメージングするための革新的なプローブを開発します。微量RNAを検出するためにプローブの高感度化、及び複数RNAの同時観察を可能とするために多色プローブの開発を進めます。さらに、シナプスの可塑性に関わる複数のmRNA群を標的にしたプローブを作成し、神経細胞における内在性mRNAの動態を直接イメージングし、その輸送と局所での翻訳過程との相関を解析することを目指します。
