本研究では、極性構造を持つ二次元物質およびそれらのvan der Waalsヘテロ構造において、物質の持つBerry接続に由来し尚且つ将来的な発電デバイスへの応用が期待されているバルク光起電力効果の研究を行います。バルク光起電力効果の出現と結晶の基礎物性および構造・対称性の相関関係を明らかにし、デバイス応用へ向けた指針を示すことを目指します。
