生きた細胞内部の硬さと相関をもつ音響インピーダンス分布を,連続的に定量観察できる三次元超音波顕微鏡の実用機を開発する。細胞観察に特化した計測条件を実現するとともに,正確な定量イメージングを可能とするアルゴリズムを開発・実証する。
