量子計算機に比肩する性能を、拡張の容易な構成で集積回路によって実現するフラクタル・プロセッサと、少数電子クラスタによる多値メモリおよび単電子機能デバイス、その共鳴型特性を利用する右脳型知的エージェント、ならびに量子ワイヤによるメモりや機能デバイスを組み合わせて、大きい計算量をこなし、しかも特徴を直感的に把握して実時間で判断を下すことのできる、量子スケールインテグレーションシステムの構築をめざします。
