Research overview：
細胞内で多くのタンパク質は、複数のタンパク質からなる「タンパク質複合体」を構成してそれぞれの機能を発現しています。本研究では、小分子による新しいタンパク質ラベル化技術を用いて、タンパク質どうしの相互作用を解析できる新しい手法の開発を目指します。さらにこの手法を用いて、細胞内でのタンパク質複合体形成の解析やタンパク質どうしの相互作用を阻害する薬剤の探索研究を行います。
