Research overview：
農業の現場であるフィールド土壌には、膨大な微生物で構成される生態系・マイクロバイオータが存在するため、植物とマイクロバイオータを一つの超個体として捉えることができます。本研究では、時系列のゲノム・トランスクリプトーム・フェノーム解析により、植物-マイクロバイオータ超個体の生命活動ネットワークを明らかにし、合成生物学的手法による植物形質デザインの新規システム開発を目指します。
