Research overview：
育種において最も重要な課題は交雑による多様性の導入です。しかし、交雑後の胚発生で片親の染色体が選択的に脱落する染色体脱落現象により、多様性の導入が不可能な場合があります。本研究では、雌親にパンコムギとエンバクを使用した際の染色体脱落の程度が異なるペニセタム属の起源地での多様性を解明します。最終的には、染色体脱落を克服する方法の確立を目指します。染色体脱落を克服し、遺伝資源概念の拡張をもたらします。
