Research overview：
生物学の理解が進むに伴って、生命現象をコンピューター上で再現しようという試みが近年盛んになってきました。しかし、生命数理モデルの構築に必要な信頼に足る実測データは圧倒的に不足しています。本研究では、最新のイメージング技術を用いて生命現象を数学的に記述するための新たな計測技術を開発し、実測データに基づく癌化プロセスのシミュレーションモデルの構築を行います。
