Research overview：
エクソソームは細胞間コミュニケーションを担うとされる分泌膜小胞です。疾患など細胞の状態変化に応じてエクソソームの分泌量や内包物は変化しますが、その仕組みは解明されていません。本研究ではエクソソームの新たな分析手法を確立し、その形成過程と内包分子の選別に関わる分子の探索及び機能解析を通じて、エクソソーム形成制御に関わる分子メカニズムとその生物学的意義を明らかにします。
