Research overview：
多成分ガスである呼気を用いた健康管理のため、ガス濃度と集積回路内電荷の2情報担体間の変換を行う大規模集積化ガスセンサを開発し、従来型ガスセンサで実現できなかった小型高機能診断プラットフォームを創出します。具体的には、イオンゲルを基幹材料としてジュール局所加熱によるセンサの多機能化を組み合わせ、従来型ガスセンサを超える集積度を実現します。
