Research overview：
間葉系幹細胞、造血幹細胞、腎前駆細胞は、難治性疾患を根治することができる有用な幹細胞です。本研究では、iPS細胞からこれらの幹細胞を、中間段階の細胞を明らかにしながら誘導する方法を確立し、幹細胞の発生・分化の分子メカニズムを明らかにすることを目指します。本研究の成果により、幹細胞を用いた従来の研究と治療をより促進させると同時に、新しい治療方法の開発を加速させる基盤が産み出されることが期待されます。
